Give yourself a few minutes every day to sit in quiet meditation. In silence you may find the answers.
If you are new at meditation, begin with five to ten minutes daily, sit quietly, observe your breathing and allow your thoughts to just be, do not try to control your thoughts, do not try to stop them, do not try to analyze them, just let them pass gently through your mind.
Observe your breathe going in and out of your body, practice the so called " breathing in a box " technique:
Step 1: Slowly exhale. Sitting upright, slowly exhale through your mouth, getting all the oxygen out of your lungs.
Step 2: Slowly inhale. Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose to the count of four
Step 3: Hold your breath
Step 4: Exhale again
Step 5: Hold your breath again
You may use your creativity while breathing, imagine breathing in a white light ( healing light ) and breathe out all fears and doubts and limiting beliefs as a gray color smoke.
